Armor and weapons consists of three different pieces. Armor is divided into Helm, Arms and Chest. The weapon is divided into three pieces but they are dependent on the hero, as not all weapons have a blade, hilt etc. So far there are 4 known ranks of gear which are common, rare, heroic and epic. For example common gear has an increase in one of three stats that are provided by a piece but decreases one of two other stats. The rank of gear is dependent on your reputation level.
